Twenty Fingers

Twenty Fingers Duo, established in 2016 in Vilnius, Lithuania, is a cutting-edge contemporary music ensemble formed by siblings Lora Kmieliauskaitė (violin) and Arnas Kmieliauskas (cello). The duo stands out for its focus on electroacoustic and experimental classical music, blending traditional instruments with modern technological elements. Their performances often incorporate multimedia visuals, creating immersive experiences that challenge the conventional boundaries of chamber music.

Their debut album Performa, released in December 2020, garnered significant praise for its innovative approach to music and was highlighted by the Lithuanian Music Information Centre as one of the year’s standout releases. Since then, Twenty Fingers Duo has worked with composers like Dominykas Digimas and Jūra, expanding their unique sound. The duo has also showcased their talents at renowned venues and festivals such as By:Larm in Oslo and Splash! Festival in Germany.
