Tream

Tream, born Timo Grabinger on October 18, 1998, in Büchelkühn, Bavaria, is a German artist known for his energetic fusion of pop, rap, and party Schlager. Growing up in a musically inclined family—his father was a musician, hotelier, and restaurateur—Tream was exposed to music from an early age. He picked up the guitar at ten, initially playing to impress friends but soon realizing his deeper passion for music. After completing an apprenticeship as a chef, he felt unfulfilled and decided to pursue his true calling in music. His stage name, “Tream,” is a mix of the “T” from his first name and “dream,” representing his journey toward making his dreams a reality.

His musical career officially launched in 2018 with his debut single Blödsinn and the album (S)hit. While his early releases didn’t gain widespread recognition, Tream remained dedicated to perfecting his sound—a mix of rap, EDM, and happy hardstyle. His breakthrough came in 2022 when DJ duo HBz remixed his song Lebenslang, propelling him onto the charts in Germany and Austria. The track eventually went platinum in Germany, selling over 400,000 copies.

In 2023, he released his fifth studio album, Büchelkühn, named after his hometown, followed by Irgendwie, irgendwann in 2024, which reached number four on the German album charts. His collaboration with Finch on Liebe auf der Rückbank and his 2025 hit Herzblatt (aua aua) with Mia Julia further solidified his place in the German music scene.

Tream is known for his lively stage presence, often donning a white and blue checkered scarf as a nod to his Bavarian heritage. His lyrics often celebrate rural life, personal stories, and a strong connection to his roots. Despite his growing fame, he remains grounded, working closely with his family—his father handles business matters, his mother manages communications, and his brother helps with music video production. Passionate about fishing and nature, Tream stays connected to his hometown and continues to create music that resonates with both partygoers and heartfelt storytellers alike.
