Nayt

Nayt, born William Mezzanotte on November 9, 1994, in Isernia, Italy, is a renowned rapper who has made a significant mark in the Italian hip-hop scene. Raised in Rome, Nayt developed an interest in music early on and began writing his own tracks in 2009. His debut single, “No Story,” released in 2011, introduced his unique style, and he quickly gained attention for his introspective lyrics and dynamic flow.

In 2012, Nayt released his first studio album, Nayt One, under 40 Ladroni Records. He later teamed up with his producer 3D to co-found VNT1 Records, which led to the release of the EP Six of Sixteen in 2014. Over the years, his music evolved, with notable albums such as Raptus (2015), Un Bacio (2016), and Raptus 2 (2017), which cemented his place in Italy’s rap scene.

Nayt’s Raptus 3 (2019) closed out his acclaimed trilogy, followed by Mood in 2020 and Doom in 2021, which further explored his personal growth and artistic development. His 2023 album Habitat continued his introspective exploration, and he supported it with a successful tour.

Not only has Nayt achieved critical success with his albums, but his live performances have also made an impact, with sold-out shows across Italy, including in Milan and Rome. In 2024, he released Lettera Q, continuing to solidify his position as one of Italy’s most influential rap artists.
