About Judeline
Lara Fernández Castrelo, professionally known as Judeline, is a Spanish singer and songwriter born on January 18, 2003, in Jerez de la Frontera, Spain. Raised in the coastal area of Los Caños de Meca in Cádiz, she later moved to Madrid at the age of 17 to pursue her artistic aspirations. Judeline’s music is deeply rooted in her diverse cultural background—her father is from Lara State in Venezuela and an amateur musician, while her mother hails from the flamenco-rich town of Jerez de la Frontera.
Judeline’s music blends her Andalusian heritage with contemporary urban sounds, creating a unique fusion of flamenco, trap, R&B, reggaeton, and Arabic influences. Her career began in 2020 with the release of her debut EP de la luz, which highlighted her alternative pop and R&B style. In 2023, she signed with Interscope Records and released several successful singles, including “TÁNGER,” “ZAHARA,” and “CANIJO.” She also collaborated with Puerto Rican producer Tainy on the track “si preguntas por mí,” featuring Kris Floyd.
Her rising prominence led to performances at renowned Spanish festivals like Primavera Sound, Bilbao BBK Live, and Sónar, as well as supporting J Balvin on his 2024 European tour. In October 2024, Judeline dropped her debut album Bodhiria, receiving critical acclaim for its innovative fusion of genres. She’s set to perform at Coachella in 2025, cementing her place on the global stage. Judeline continues to captivate audiences with her soulful voice, artistic vision, and deep connection to her Andalusian roots.
