Miranda Lambert, whose real name is Miranda Leigh Lambert was born on November 10, 1983, in Longview, Texas. She is an American country singer, songwriter, and guitarist. Lambert’s passion for music was evident early on. Her parents, Rick and Bev Lambert, played a significant role in her upbringing, with Rick’s background as a Dallas police officer and musician, and their joint venture into private investigation and a faith-based ministry. These experiences, particularly their work with victims of domestic violence, profoundly influenced Lambert’s music, notably her song “Gunpowder & Lead.”
