Enemy Inside

Enemy Inside is a German metal band that emerged in Aschaffenburg in 2017. The band consists of vocalist Nastassja Giulia, guitarist Evan K (who has also worked with Mystic Prophecy and Exit Eden), rhythm guitarist David Hadarick, bassist Dominik Stotzem (formerly of Beyond The Bridge), and drummer Felix Keith (ex-Aloha from Hell).

Their sound combines dark rock with modern metal, highlighted by intense guitar riffs, melodic solos, and powerful, emotional vocals. Enemy Inside debuted with their album Phoenix in September 2018 under ROAR! Rock of Angels Records. The album features tracks like “Falling Away,” “Oblivion,” and “Lullaby,” with a special guest appearance by Georg Neuhauser of Serenity on “Doorway to Salvation.” Phoenix charted at number 28 in Germany’s iTunes Metal Top Releases and reached number 74 in the U.S., marking a successful start to their career.

In August 2021, they released their sophomore album Seven, which peaked at number 93 on the German Download Charts and saw success in various international markets. Seven includes singles such as “Crystallize,” “Alien,” and “Release Me.”

The band’s name, Enemy Inside, symbolizes the internal struggles that their lyrics often explore. Over the years, Enemy Inside has performed at notable venues and festivals, including the prestigious Wacken Open Air in 2023. As of 2024, they continue to carve their niche in the metal scene, blending classic and modern influences to create a unique and compelling sound.
