Cecilia Immergreen is a striking and imaginative English-speaking VTuber from hololive English’s fourth generation, known collectively as -Justice-. She made her debut on June 22, 2024, alongside her genmates Elizabeth Rose Bloodflame, Gigi Murin, and Raora Panthera, quickly making waves for her elegant design and unique creative style.

Described as an “Ancient Automaton,” Cecilia was built for eternal servitude—but over centuries, she developed her own interests and quirks. With a love for music, tea, and flowers, she’s since chosen a more whimsical path, filling her life with creativity and curiosity. Designed by DSmile, her steampunk-inspired look includes intricate doll-like joints, a brass ribbon, and a clockwork key that spins when she’s excited. She’s often seen in a green and gold dress adorned with musical notes, and she carries a white lance that transforms into a violin—a nod to her musical heart.

Cecilia is clever, direct, and not without a sharp wit. She’s especially loved for her “Immersions,” where she inventively blends tech and entertainment—like coding interactive minigames or placing herself directly into her gameplay scenes with greenscreen effects. Her debut stream showed off these talents with a self-coded Twitch Plays Pokémon-style segment and haunting violin covers of anime and game music.
