He began his musical journey at the tender age of 13, inspired by a “cheap classical guitar” commonly found in many households. Heavily influenced by the movie “School of Rock,” Ozan dedicated himself to mastering the guitar as a means of escaping the pressures associated with high school entrance exams. By the age of 15, he had already showcased his burgeoning talent by participating in the Kasdav High School Music Competition.

Canozan’s musical influences are diverse, spanning Turkish rock bands like Bulutsuzluk Özlemi and Duman, as well as international icons such as Bob Dylan and Bülent Ortaçgil. These varied influences have profoundly shaped his musical style, enabling him to create a unique sound that resonates with a wide audience.
