ATEEZ

Ateez is a dynamic South Korean boy band formed by KQ Entertainment, made up of eight members: Hongjoong, Seonghwa, Yunho, Yeosang, San, Mingi, Wooyoung, and Jongho. The group officially debuted on October 24, 2018, with the release of their first EP, Treasure EP.1: All to Zero, featuring the high-energy tracks “Pirate King” and “Treasure.” From the start, Ateez set themselves apart with intense performances and a bold musical style.

Before stepping into the spotlight, the members were known as “KQ Fellaz” and trained extensively in both South Korea and the U.S., a journey documented in their pre-debut web series KQ Fellaz American Training. Some members also gained experience through the survival show Mix Nine, showcasing their skills to the public even before their group debut.

Since then, Ateez has built an impressive discography, including multiple EPs and studio albums in both Korean and Japanese. In 2023, they hit a major milestone when their album The World EP.Fin: Will debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, a first for the group. The following year, they made history as the first K-pop boy group to perform at the iconic Coachella music festival.

Ateez’s global fanbase, known as ATINY, continues to grow thanks to their captivating performances, powerful vocals, and consistent artistic evolution. With numerous awards under their belt, including MAMA’s “Worldwide Fans’ Choice” and The Fact Music Awards’ “Artist of the Year,” Ateez has firmly established themselves as one of K-pop’s most influential groups.
