Ufuk Bayraktar, better known by his stage name Ufo361, is a prominent German rapper of Turkish descent, born on May 28, 1988, in West Berlin. Growing up in the Kreuzberg district, he was immersed in hip-hop culture early on, initially through graffiti art. His stage name is a creative combination of his first name, “Ufuk,” and the postal codes of his hometown’s Kreuzberg area—36 and 61.

Ufo361’s musical journey began in 2010 when he signed with the Hoodrich label, founded by his friend Said. He later formed the trio Bellini Boyz with producer KD-Supier. His solo career took off in 2012 with the release of his first EP, Bald ist dein Geld meins. However, it was his 2015 viral hit “Ich bin ein Berliner” that truly put him on the map, followed by his debut album Ihr seid nicht allein in 2014.

He continued to rise in the German rap scene with mixtapes like Ich bin 2 Berliner and Ich bin 3 Berliner. In 2018, Ufo361’s album 808 debuted at number one in Germany and Austria, and his follow-up, VVS, later that year, solidified his success. Ufo361 has collaborated with international artists such as Future, expanding his reach beyond Germany.

In addition to his music, Ufo361 founded his own label, Stay High, and remains a key figure in the evolution of German hip-hop, blending trap and cloud rap styles to create a unique sound.
