UDTT (우당탕탕 소녀단)

UDTT (우당탕탕 소녀단), short for U-Dang-Tang-Tang Girls, is a rising South Korean girl group under SW Entertainment. Their name, taken from the Korean onomatopoeia for “crash” or “bang,” perfectly captures their high-energy, fun-loving vibe. UDTT officially debuted on April 29, 2025, with their single album School Rush, after giving fans a taste of their charm through the pre-debut digital single RETRY released in December 2024.

Originally launched as a five-member group, UDTT featured Risako (leader, vocalist), Han Chaehee (sub-vocalist), Koo Hanna (main vocalist), Kwon Yejin (sub-vocalist), and Jung Sena (main rapper, maknae). However, Jung Sena left in early 2025 for personal reasons. Shortly after, Jessica—a former IS GIRL member and participant in survival shows Chuang Asia and Time Turner—joined the lineup, bringing fresh charisma and veteran stage presence.

Each member brings a unique background: Risako competed in Girls Planet 999, Chaehee was part of pre-debut group G.I.G., Hanna appeared on My Teenage Girl, and Yejin was on Universe Ticket. These diverse experiences have helped UDTT stand out with refined performances and strong stage charisma.

UDTT also connects with fans through their 2024 webtoon 우당탕탕 소녀단, which follows their road to debut. Produced by legendary hitmaker Yoon Il Sang, the group blends retro K-pop charm with a fresh, youthful edge—ready to make their mark on the next generation of K-pop.
