The Ironix

The Ironix, a prominent DJ and music producer duo from Germany, consists of Felix Eickhoff and Simon Reichardt. Born in 1994—Felix in Freiburg im Breisgau and Simon in Bergisch Gladbach—they were raised in Waldkirch, where their shared love for music blossomed. Early in their careers, they gained recognition as DJs in genres such as Progressive House and Electro House, primarily performing around the Freiburg area.

In 2009, they adopted the name “The Ironix,” inspired by a friend. Their breakthrough came with an unofficial remix of OneRepublic’s “Counting Stars,” which quickly gained traction on platforms like SoundCloud and YouTube, building an initial fan base.

Transitioning from DJing to music production, The Ironix collaborated with well-known artists like Helene Fischer and Katja Krasavice. In 2020, they signed a global publishing deal with Bertelsmann Music Group and produced the track “No te vayas” for Yandel and J Balvin, helping them gain international recognition.

Their discography includes hits like “AramSamSam” and “Coachella,” both of which charted in Germany. Their diverse sound spans Hip-Hop, Reggaeton, and Electronic music, showcasing their versatility and innovative approach to production.
