Robe, born Roberto Iniesta Ojea on May 16, 1962, in Plasencia, Spain, is a celebrated Spanish musician, singer, and guitarist best known as the frontman of the iconic rock band Extremoduro. The band’s unique blend of raw, poetic lyrics with rock and flamenco influences earned them a dedicated following. After Extremoduro disbanded in 2019, Robe ventured into a solo career, where his music continued to evolve, fusing rock, folk, and progressive sounds that reflect his depth as an artist.

As a solo artist, Robe has maintained his magnetic appeal, particularly with his thought-provoking lyrics and innovative musical style. His collaboration with Spanish singer Leiva on the track “Caída Libre,” released in February 2025, was met with widespread praise for its heartfelt acoustic beauty. In October 2024, Robe captivated an audience of approximately 23,800 people during a spectacular concert at the Fórum in Barcelona, further solidifying his influence in the Spanish music scene.
