Reezy, born Raheem Heid on June 28, 1995, in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, is a trailblazing rapper, singer, and producer who’s redefining the sound of modern German hip-hop. With a multicultural background—rooted in both Germany and the U.S.—and the influence of his father, legendary Frankfurt rapper D-Flame, music was always a part of his DNA. At just 15, Reezy began teaching himself instruments like piano and guitar through YouTube tutorials, eventually diving into beat production and sharing early tracks on SoundCloud.

His big break came in 2016 when he connected with rapper Bausa, who signed him to TwoSides, a joint venture with Sony Music. Reezy quickly proved his versatility with the release of two mixtapes in 2018, Feueremoji and Tropfenemoji. His debut studio album Teenager Forever (2019) introduced him to a wider audience, but it was the hit single “Phantom” featuring Summer Cem that truly launched him into the spotlight, earning gold certifications in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Each of his follow-up projects—Weißwein & Heartbreaks (2020), Loyalty Over Love (2022), and MR. MISUNDERSTOOD (2023)—has shown his evolution, blending trap, R&B, and emo-rap with raw, introspective storytelling.
