Pressa, born Quinton Armani Gardner on May 10, 1996, in Toronto, Canada, has quickly become one of the most notable names in the city’s hip-hop scene. He first caught the public’s attention with his 2016 track “Wass Gang,” which garnered millions of views on YouTube. The song showcased his distinctive style, mixing street-savvy lyrics with catchy, melodic hooks.

His growing popularity led to a major career milestone in 2017 when he was invited to join Drake’s tour, a move that helped cement his place in the industry. The following year, he dropped the hit single “Novacane,” which became a defining track in his early career, thanks to its infectious hook and authentic storytelling.

In 2019, Pressa released his debut studio album Prestige, which quickly climbed to number one on the iTunes Canada Hip-Hop chart. The album, featuring collaborations with Burna Bandz and Lil Richie, highlighted his ability to blend different styles and demonstrate his musical versatility.
