Lathan Moses Stanley Echols, better known as Lil Mosey, is a rising American rapper, singer, and songwriter born on January 25, 2002, in Seattle, Washington. Growing up in Seattle’s north end, he discovered his passion for rap at a young age, influenced by artists like Meek Mill. He started recording and sharing music on platforms like SoundCloud, quickly gaining attention with his debut single “Off White” in 2016.

Lil Mosey’s breakthrough came in 2017 with the release of “Pull Up,” a track that went viral, racking up millions of views on YouTube. His growing popularity caught the eye of Interscope Records, leading to a record deal. His 2018 hit “Noticed” marked his first appearance on the Billboard Hot 100, followed by the release of his debut album Northsbest, which included popular tracks like “Pull Up” and “Noticed.”

In 2019, Lil Mosey dropped his sophomore album, Certified Hitmaker, featuring the smash hit “Blueberry Faygo,” which climbed to number eight on the Billboard Hot 100. After a brief break, he returned in 2024 with a series of singles, including “One Too Many” and “Life Goes On,” along with his EP Love U Forever. Known for his melodic flow and introspective lyrics, Lil Mosey continues to establish himself as one of the prominent voices in modern hip-hop.
