IVE

IVE is a South Korean girl group formed by Starship Entertainment, consisting of six talented members: An Yu-jin, Gaeul, Rei, Jang Won-young, Liz, and Leeseo. They made their debut on December 1, 2021, with their single album Eleven, which quickly established their presence in the competitive K-pop industry.

Before joining IVE, members An Yu-jin and Jang Won-young gained fame as part of the project group IZ*ONE, which disbanded in April 2021. The name “IVE” is derived from the phrase “I have,” reflecting the group’s confidence in showcasing their unique talents and charm right from the start.

IVE’s discography boasts multiple hit releases. In 2022, their single “Love Dive” topped South Korea’s Circle Digital Chart and earned them multiple “Song of the Year” awards. Their follow-up track “After Like” also achieved commercial success, reaching number one. In 2023, they released their first full album, I’ve Ive, which earned the prestigious Melon Music Award for Album of the Year, featuring hits like “Kitsch” and “I Am.” That year, their EP I’ve Mine produced the chart-topping track “Baddie.” In 2024, they dropped Ive Switch, which included the popular single “Heya” and marked their U.S. debut at Lollapalooza. Their 2025 EP Ive Empathy featured the singles “Rebel Heart” and “Attitude.”

Beyond music, IVE actively participates in charitable causes, such as donating 150 million KRW for earthquake relief in Turkey and Syria. They’ve also partnered with major brands like SK Telecom, Pepsi, and Puma. In 2024, they collaborated with DJ David Guetta on the single “Supernova Love,” blending electronic music with K-pop, creating a fusion of Western and K-pop styles.

IVE’s rapid rise continues to make waves in the global music scene, thanks to their musical innovation, strategic collaborations, and strong fan base.
