HIEUTHUHAI, born Trần Minh Hiếu on September 28, 1999, in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, is an influential rapper, singer, and songwriter who has become a prominent figure in the Vietnamese music scene. He is a key member of the hip-hop collective Gerdnang, alongside other notable artists like Negav, Manbo, and HurryKng. His music style blends rap with pop elements, creating a unique sound that resonates with his audience.

HIEUTHUHAI began his musical journey in 2018 with the release of his debut single “Cua,” which quickly garnered attention. His rise to fame came in 2020 when he participated in the first season of King of Rap, where his charismatic performances earned him a spot in the Top 8, along with the “Most Favorite Contestant” award. Following the show, HIEUTHUHAI released hit tracks like “Ngủ Một Mình” (“Sleep Alone”) and “Vệ Tinh” (“Satellite”), further solidifying his place in the music industry.

In 2024, HIEUTHUHAI participated in the Vietnamese reality show Anh Trai Say Hi, where he emerged victorious, securing over 1 million votes in the final. His leadership skills were also recognized, as he was awarded the “Best Leader” title for his strategic team coordination.

Known for his smooth delivery and deeply relatable lyrics, HIEUTHUHAI continues to shape the sound of Vietnam’s Gen Z music scene, blending hip-hop with a fresh pop twist that connects with listeners on a personal level.
