f5ve (pronounced “fi-vee”) is a groundbreaking Japanese girl group that emerged in 2022, gaining attention with their unique mix of J-pop, hyperpop, and pop-trap sounds. The group consists of five talented members: Sayaka, Rui, Ruri, Kaede, and Miyuu. Co-managed by LDH JAPAN and global management firm Three Six Zero, they are signed to Three Six Zero Recordings.

Initially known as SG5, inspired by the iconic “Sailor Moon” series, the group debuted in the United States in June 2022 with their debut single “Firetruck,” produced by the acclaimed BloodPop. In April 2024, they rebranded as f5ve, embracing a fresh concept where they embody inter-dimensional dream agents from Tokyo, on a mission to fight self-doubt and negative energy.

Their discography includes catchy singles such as “Lettuce” (May 2024), “Underground” (July 2024), and “UFO” (October 2024), with music videos filmed in iconic Tokyo locations like Akihabara. In March 2025, they announced the release of their debut album, Sequence 01, set for May 5, 2025. The album is executive produced by BloodPop, with contributions from renowned producers like A.G. Cook and Hudson Mohawke.

With support from international artists like Rosalía, A.G. Cook, and Grimes, f5ve continues to captivate audiences with their innovative music and visually striking performances, marking them as one of the most exciting acts in global pop today.
