Dylan Brady

Dylan Brady, born November 27, 1993, in St. Louis, Missouri, is an American music producer, singer, and songwriter widely recognized for his pioneering work in hyperpop and experimental electronic music. Growing up in suburban St. Louis, Brady’s passion for music ignited early, starting with piano lessons in high school. His love for composition grew as he studied audio engineering in college, where he began sharing his innovative electronic hip-hop productions on SoundCloud, quickly gaining attention.

In 2015, Brady released his debut album All I Ever Wanted, showcasing his ability to blend experimental sounds with electronic elements. His style evolved further with the release of the 2018 EP Peace & Love under Mad Decent, continuing to push boundaries within the genre. That same year, he collaborated with Josh Pan on This Car Needs Some Wheels, which helped solidify his place in the experimental music community.

Brady is perhaps best known as one half of the duo 100 gecs, alongside Laura Les. The pair gained widespread recognition for their genre-defying approach, combining elements of pop, electronic, and hip-hop to create a fresh, distinctive sound. In addition to his work with 100 gecs, Brady has been involved in various other projects, including the group Cake Pop and his label, Dog Show Records, which champions innovative artists in the electronic music scene.
