Chris Tomlin

Chris Tomlin, born on May 4, 1972, in Grand Saline, Texas, is a renowned figure in contemporary Christian music. Raised in a musically inclined family, he was exposed to country music early in life and learned to play guitar from his father, drawing inspiration from legendary artists like Willie Nelson.

Although Tomlin initially pursued studies in medicine, his passion for music led him to serve as a worship leader for Breakaway, a campus Christian group at Texas A&M University.
