The sisters began their musical journey by launching a YouTube channel where they posted covers of popular songs. Their rendition of Beyoncé’s “Best Thing I Never Had” caught the attention of many, leading to their debut on The Ellen Show in April 2012. By 2015, they had signed to Parkwood Entertainment, Beyoncé’s management company, which marked the beginning of their professional music career.
Chloe x Halle’s breakthrough came with their EP Sugar Symphony, released in April 2016. The duo’s unique sound, blending R&B with elements of pop and soul, quickly garnered attention, and they were selected as the opening act for Beyoncé’s Formation World Tour.
