After marrying her husband, Austin Nix, in 2019 and becoming a mother to their son Emerson, she faced personal struggles that included depression, substance use, and health challenges. At one point, she weighed over 315 pounds and felt disconnected from the life she wanted to live. Determined to change—for herself and for her family—she embarked on a life-changing wellness journey, eventually losing more than 120 pounds and becoming a health coach to help others do the same.
