BMSG MARINE is an exciting and unique musical unit formed under Japan’s BMSG (Be MySelf Group) management company, specifically for the BMSG FES ’24 event. The group was officially announced on July 2, 2024, alongside other teams like BMSG SKY and BMSG GAIA. The members of MARINE were selected through a random draw, guided by Aile The Shota, with the participation of other key leaders like SKY-HI and Novel Core. This creative process made the formation of MARINE an intriguing and anticipated event in the Japanese music scene.

The group’s lineup is a blend of established talent and promising new faces. Aile The Shota, the leader of MARINE, brings a wealth of experience and influence in the industry. His leadership sets the tone for the group, guiding them through their musical journey. LEO, a member of the popular group BE:FIRST, adds his dynamic energy and experience to the team, contributing a vibrant and powerful presence. Meanwhile, edhiii boi, a rapper and songwriter known for his unique style, infuses the group with his distinctive flair.

TAKUTO, HAYATO, and KAIRYU, members from the group MAZZEL, also contribute their individual talents, bringing a diverse mix of musical styles to the unit. Their presence adds depth and versatility to the group’s sound. Additionally, KANON, a trainee from BMSG, is included in the lineup, showcasing the company’s commitment to developing fresh, emerging talent. BMSG MARINE officially debuted with their first digital single, “Memoria,” released on September 18, 2024.
