B Praak, born Pratik Bachan on February 7, 1986, in Chandigarh, India, is a celebrated singer, composer, and music producer who has made an indelible mark in both the Punjabi and Hindi music industries. Growing up in a musically inclined family, with his father Varinder Bachan being a respected music producer, B Praak was immersed in music from an early age.

Initially known as “Prakky B,” he began his career as a music director. In 2013, he collaborated with lyricist Jaani on the hit song “Soch,” performed by Harrdy Sandhu. The song became an instant classic and is regarded as one of the best Punjabi tracks of that year.

B Praak’s breakthrough as a singer came in 2018 with the soulful ballad “Mann Bharrya,” which quickly became a fan favorite. He went on to deliver more emotional hits like “Bewafaai” and “Mastaani,” while also composing popular tracks like “Qismat” and “Naah.” His Bollywood career took off with the emotional anthem “Teri Mitti” from Kesari (2019), followed by the catchy “Naah Goriye” for Bala (2019).
