Anyma is the solo project of Matteo Milleri, an Italian-American DJ and producer known for merging melodic techno with captivating digital art. Born on May 19, 1988, in New York City, Milleri moved to Italy during his childhood. His music journey took off in 2008 when he teamed up with Carmine Conte in Milan to form the electronic duo Tale of Us. The duo later moved to Berlin, where they co-founded the renowned label Afterlife Records in 2016, becoming influential figures in the electronic music scene.

In 2021, Matteo launched Anyma as a platform to explore a unique blend of music and digital art. His debut EP, Claire, featured collaborations with Janus Rasmussen and Delhia de France, along with an innovative NFT music video. His subsequent EP, Sentient, took a darker and more experimental turn. Anyma’s first full-length album, Genesys, was released in August 2023 and included collaborations with artists such as Grimes, Sevdaliza, and CamelPhat.

Alongside his music career, Milleri’s personal life has garnered attention, particularly his marriage to Italian supermodel Vittoria Ceretti in 2020, which ended in 2023. Later that year, rumors surfaced of his relationship with musician Grimes.
