Raised in an Orthodox Jewish household, Sivan attended Carmel School, a private Modern Orthodox institution, until switching to distance education in 2009 to focus on his burgeoning career. From a young age, Sivan demonstrated a passion for performance, gaining early exposure through his singing at charity events and competing in Australian talent shows.
Sivan’s music career took off when he signed with EMI Australia in 2013.
