Michael Kyle Williams, known professionally as Sheff G, is a prominent American rapper from Flatbush, Brooklyn, New York City. Born on September 23, 1998. Sheff G is widely recognized as a pioneer of the Brooklyn drill movement. His rise to fame began with his 2017 single “No Suburban,” a direct response to 22Gz’s song “Suburban,” which showcased Sheff G’s lyrical prowess and solidified his presence in the drill scene.

Sheff G’s early life was marked by hardship and adversity. Growing up in the Flatbush section of Brooklyn, he was influenced by a Trinidadian mother and a Haitian father. The environment around him was fraught with violence and poverty, which significantly shaped his upbringing.
