Raised as the youngest of eight children by her single mother, Sisi Fadekemi, Sasha P’s formative years were marked by her strong academic background. She attended the prestigious International School Ibadan before pursuing a law degree at the University of Lagos, where she further honed her discipline and determination. Despite her academic pursuits, Sasha’s passion for music led her to the entertainment industry.
Sasha P’s musical career began in Ibadan, where she quickly gained recognition in a predominantly male-dominated industry. Her debut album, First Lady, released in 2006 under Storm Records, introduced hits like “Adara” and “Only One.” Her unique blend of hip-hop and Nigerian sounds earned her accolades, including the Best Female Artist at the 2009 Women in Entertainment Awards.
