Ali Ahn, born on July 24, 1981, in Pasadena, California, is an American actress celebrated for her compelling performances in both television and theater. Of Korean descent, Ahn’s love for the arts led her to graduate magna cum laude from Yale University in 2003 with a degree in dance and theater. She then honed her craft further by earning a Master of Fine Arts from the California Institute of the Arts in 2006.

On television, Ahn has become a familiar face, taking on impactful roles in series like Billions (2016–2018) and Orange Is the New Black (2018). She is perhaps best known for portraying Suzanne Wu, a biotech CEO, in Raising Dion (2019–2022), where her role grew significantly in the show’s second season. More recently, she played CIA station chief Eidra Park in The Diplomat (2023–present) and appeared as Alice Wu-Gulliver in Agatha All Along (2024), showcasing her versatility in a range of roles.
