Reckol

Reckol (born Recep Eker on December 15, 2000, in Nilüfer, Bursa) is a rising force in the Turkish rap and trap scene. Known for his unapologetic lyricism, signature flow, and fearless experimentation, he’s quickly established himself as one of the most influential voices of his generation.

Reckol first captured national attention in 2021 with the hit single “Glock”, a high-energy collaboration with fellow rapper Cakal. The track went viral, racking up over 14 million Spotify streams and introducing a wider audience to Reckol’s bold, streetwise style. He followed it up with a string of successful releases, including “Perros Blancos”, “Feragat”, and the explosive “TALIBANA”, which climbed to #3 on Turkey’s Spotify chart and amassed more than 50 million streams.

His debut album, “Özlüce Trap Boys”, dropped in 2021 and featured standout tracks like “Sharingan” and “İstediğim Olucak”, cementing his reputation as a serious contender in the Turkish rap game. In 2022, he expanded his sound with “Harmandalı”, a genre-blending single that merged traditional Turkish elements with modern trap beats—highlighting his musical versatility.

Beyond rapping, Reckol is also a skilled producer, operating under the alias Itadakimasu, where he showcases a deeper layer of creativity behind the scenes.
