Nicki Nicole

Nicole Denise Cucco, known professionally as Nicki Nicole, is an Argentine singer-songwriter born on August 25, 2000, in Rosario, Santa Fe. Growing up in a middle-class family, her passion for music surfaced early in life, eventually leading her to pursue a career in the industry.

Nicki Nicole first gained attention with her breakout single “Wapo Traketero,” released in April 2019 under Gonzalo Ferreyra’s production. This was swiftly followed by a collaboration with Argentine producer Bizarrap on his “Music Sessions,” which soared to number three on the Billboard Argentina Hot 100, significantly boosting both artists’ profiles.

In November 2019, Nicki Nicole released her debut album “Recuerdos,” featuring production from Bizarrap and collaborations with prominent Argentine artists like Cazzu and Duki. The album showcased her eclectic style and garnered praise for tracks like “Diva.”

In May 2020, Nicki Nicole continued her ascent with the single “Colocao,” which reached number six on the Argentina Hot 100 and made waves internationally, peaking at 48th in Spain. Later that year, she made history as the first Argentine woman to top the Argentina Hot 100 with “Mamichula,” a collaboration with Trueno and Bizarrap. The song also achieved platinum certification in Spain, solidifying her status as a rising star in Latin music.

In April 2021, Nicki Nicole made headlines in Argentina by becoming the first Argentine artist to perform on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, alongside Lunay.

On October 28, 2021, she released her sophomore album “Parte de Mí,” blending early career hits with new tracks and featuring collaborations with artists she admires, including Rauw Alejandro, Delaossa, Dread Mar I, and Trueno.

Continuing her collaborative streak, Nicki Nicole teamed up with Los Ángeles Azules for the instant cumbia hit “Otra Noche” on November 12, 2021. She further expanded her musical horizons with the Latin pop song “Formentera,” a collaboration with Aitana released on December 3, 2021.

In 2022, Nicki Nicole continued to make waves with collaborations, including “Entre Nosotros Remix” with Tiago PZK, Lit Killah, and María Becerra, released on January 5. She closed out the year with the remix of “Marisola,” featuring Cris MJ, Standly, and Duki, released on December 15, 2022.
