Neutro Shorty, born Liomar Ricardo Acosta Orta on June 19, 1994, in Caracas, Venezuela, is a powerhouse in the Latin American hip-hop and trap scene. His music captures the raw energy of the streets, blending hard-hitting beats with lyrics that speak to the struggles and triumphs of Venezuelan youth.

Neutro started making waves in the early 2010s, dropping his debut single Pa Las Pokemonas in 2010. His early work quickly earned him a dedicated fan base, but it was his collaboration with Big Soto on the remix of Dos Problemas that solidified his presence in the Latin trap movement.
