Naisha Bhargabi

Naisha Bhargabi is a dynamic Mumbai-based artist who wears many hats—singer-songwriter, model, actress, writer, and DJ. Born in Odisha, India, she relocated to Ithaca, New York, at just six months old due to her father’s academic commitments at Cornell University. Her childhood saw her moving between various cities like Odisha, Mumbai, Delhi, and New York City, before she finally settled in Mumbai.

Starting her career at the age of 16, Naisha entered the modeling world, working with prominent agencies such as Toabh Talent Management and Anima Creative, before joining INEGA. She quickly became the face of major brands like Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla, Levi’s, and Maybelline India, and was featured in top publications like Grazia and Elle.

In music, Naisha made her debut with the single “Kamikaze” in December 2021, a bold anthem focused on self-love and acceptance. This was followed by her debut EP, Back & Forth, in April 2022, where she explored the complexities of unrequited love. Her 2023 single, “Ada,” transformed feelings of betrayal into an empowering message of self-worth and resilience.

Naisha has also ventured into acting, appearing in the music video for Dino James’ “Lost” in 2022, and produced documentaries like Sudhakar’s Story, which shines a light on stigma and discrimination. Raised in a family dedicated to social justice—her mother leads the Human Rights Law Network, and her father served in the Ministry of Defence—Naisha infuses her work with themes of equality and empowerment, aiming to inspire and connect with audiences worldwide.
