Mori Calliope is a prominent English-speaking virtual YouTuber and rapper affiliated with Hololive Production. She made her debut in September 2020 as part of Hololive’s first English generation, “Myth,” alongside talents like Gawr Gura and Takanashi Kiara. Mori’s character is that of the Grim Reaper’s first apprentice, who, in response to the decline of the reaping business due to modern medical advances, turns to VTubing as a new way to harvest souls through engaging content.

Musically, Mori Calliope has made notable strides. Her debut EP, Dead Beats, released in October 2020, charted at number 23 on the Oricon Digital Albums Chart. She continued her musical journey with the EP Shinigami Note in 2022, which peaked at number 9, and her debut album Sinderella in December 2022, where she explored themes like the seven deadly sins and personal guilt.
