Gabriel Armando Mora Quintero, better known as Mora, is a dynamic Puerto Rican singer, songwriter, and producer whose influence on Latin urban music has rapidly grown in recent years. Born on April 18, 1996, in Bayamón, Puerto Rico, Mora discovered music at a young age—first learning the flute at six, then diving into piano and production. Raised in a Montessori environment that encouraged artistic expression, he quickly found his calling. Though he enrolled at the University of Puerto Rico and later at Berklee College of Music, Mora ultimately chose to leave formal education behind and commit fully to his musical path. His breakout moment arrived in 2017 with songs like Pensabas, which led to collaborations with key figures in the Latin trap and reggaeton scene, including Eladio Carrión and Brray. His major turning point came in 2020, when he featured on and co-wrote Bad Bunny’s track Una Vez, gaining international recognition.

Mora’s music stands out for its genre-blending style and emotional honesty. His debut album Primer Día de Clases (2021) introduced a mix of reggaeton rhythms and introspective storytelling. He pushed boundaries further with Microdosis (2022), a more experimental release that wove in electronic influences. That same year, Paraíso, inspired by his time in Ibiza, showcased his sonic evolution. In 2023, Mora dropped Estrella, with features from artists like Yandel and Saiko, and followed it up with his most personal work yet—Lo Mismo de Siempre (2025). A reflection of his growth, the album traces his journey from recording in a bedroom closet to collaborating with global stars. Mora’s ability to innovate while staying true to his roots continues to captivate fans worldwide.
