Joshua Bassett, born on December 22, 2000, in Oceanside, California, is an accomplished American actor, singer, and songwriter. Raised by his parents, Taylor and Laura, Joshua grew up in a vibrant household with five sisters. His early exposure to the performing arts, particularly musical theater, began at the tender age of seven when he participated in a community production of High School Musical on Stage!. This experience ignited a passion that would shape his future career. Over the years, Bassett starred in over thirty musical productions, gaining significant experience and honing his craft.

Bassett’s professional career took off with roles in television shows like Lethal Weapon, Game Shakers, and Dirty John. His first major break came in 2018 when he was cast as Aidan Peters in the Disney Channel family sitcom Stuck in the Middle.
