Emma Heesters

Emma Heesters is a Dutch singer, songwriter, and YouTube star, born on January 8, 1996, in ‘s-Gravenpolder, Netherlands. She first gained attention for her stunning covers of popular songs on YouTube, where she has built a massive following of over 5.7 million subscribers by 2022. Her voice and musicality captivated audiences, quickly making her a well-known figure in the digital music world.

Emma’s musical journey began early. At just eight years old, she won the provincial preselection of the Kinderen voor Kinderen Songfestival, even while performing in a wheelchair due to a broken leg. This early achievement fueled her passion for music, leading her to pursue vocal and dance lessons, including ballet. During her childhood, she performed in various musicals, and in her teenage years, she joined several cover bands before ultimately launching her solo career.

In 2019, Emma experienced her first major commercial success with the release of Pa Olvidarte, a collaboration with Rolf Sanchez that went platinum. Her rising star was further solidified when she won MTV’s Best Dutch Act at the 2020 MTV Europe Music Awards.
