DD Osama

David DeShaun Reyes, better known as DD Osama, is a rising star in the American drill rap scene. Born on November 29, 2006, in Harlem, New York City, he quickly gained recognition for his raw talent and unique voice within the city’s hip-hop community. DD Osama’s journey in music began in 2021 with his debut track, “Aftermath,” where he collaborated with his late brother, Notti Osama, and fellow rapper Blockwork. This track marked the beginning of his career, setting the stage for the success that followed.

In 2022, tragedy struck when Notti Osama, just 14 years old, was fatally stabbed, an event that deeply affected DD Osama. In honor of his brother, he released songs like “Dead Opps” and “E.4.N (Everything for Notti),” channels of grief and remembrance that resonated deeply with his audience.

DD Osama’s rise continued through 2022 and 2023, with collaborations featuring artists like Lil Mabu, Coi Leray, NLE Choppa, and DeePlay4Keeps. His mixtape “Here 2 Stay,” released in May 2023 under Alamo Records, further solidified his presence in the industry.

In August 2023, DD Osama joined Lil Durk on the “Sorry for the Drought” tour, gaining even more recognition. He also showcased his talent at events like Hoops Fest at La Salle University in October 2024.

As of February 2025, DD Osama’s YouTube channel has surpassed 1.42 million subscribers, reflecting his significant influence in the drill scene and his ever-growing impact on the music industry.
