Davo, born David Kerr on April 12, 1990, in Kingston, Jamaica, is a dynamic artist who has made his mark as a rapper, singer, composer, and record producer. As the son of Junior Marvin, a renowned guitarist and backup singer for Bob Marley and the Wailers, Davo was immersed in a musical legacy from an early age, shaping his diverse style and sound.

Growing up in a household rich in various musical genres, Davo was exposed to a wide range of influences. His love for music truly blossomed when he discovered Snoop Dogg’s iconic album Doggystyle, which ignited his passion for rap and hip-hop.

Davo’s career took off with a notable collaboration with rapper Tory Lanez, where he co-wrote and produced several tracks, including “Super Freak” featuring Rick Ross from Lanez’s 2013 mixtape Conflicts of My Soul: The 416 Story.
