Anh Trai Say Hi

Anh Trai “Say Hi” is a vibrant Vietnamese music reality show that made its debut on June 15, 2024, across HTV2, ON Vie Giải Trí, and the VieON app. Created by DatVietVAC and spearheaded by renowned artist and producer JustaTee, the show gathered 30 rising young talents in singing, rapping, and performance, including popular names like HIEUTHUHAI, Isaac, Song Luân, Quân AP, Đức Phúc, Rhyder, Lou Hoàng, Anh Tú, and Quang Hùng MasterD.

Spanning 14 episodes, the show offered a dynamic platform for these artists to showcase their musical abilities and stage presence in a series of electrifying performances. After weeks of fierce yet inspiring competition, the show concluded on September 14, 2024, with HIEUTHUHAI taking home the winner’s title and Rhyder placing as runner-up. Together with Isaac, Đức Phúc, and Quang Hùng MasterD, they formed the official lineup of the new boy group “Anh Trai Best 5.”

The show’s popularity quickly transcended television. A compilation album titled The Summer of 2024 was released by Warner Music Vietnam, featuring standout performances from the show. The special release came with exclusive collector’s items like a 60-page photobook, photocards, a thank-you poster, and more—further fueling the excitement among fans.

Building on its success, Anh Trai Say Hi was also adapted into a full-length documentary film titled Kẻ Phản Diện Tạo Nên Người Hùng (“Villains Made the Hero”), which premiered in cinemas across Vietnam. The film dives deep into the show’s creative process and cultural impact, capturing the spirit of modern Vietnamese music and the rise of a new generation of stars.
