Anendlessocean, born Ayobami Emmanuel Alli-Hakeem on August 10, 1996, in Nigeria, is a rising voice in modern gospel and alternative music. Fusing gospel, Afro-fusion, and soulful pop, his sound is as rich and layered as the story behind it. Raised in a spiritually diverse household—with a Muslim father and Christian mother—his eventual embrace of Christianity informs much of his introspective, faith-driven artistry.

Music became an outlet for Anendlessocean at age 14, following the loss of his mother. What began with a guitar and quiet moments of reflection soon grew into full-fledged songwriting and production. He cut his teeth playing bass in his church choir, where his musical identity began to take shape—one rooted in vulnerability, depth, and spiritual searching.

His debut album Decagon (2023) is a genre-blending journey featuring standout tracks like “Nazarene” and “Imagine,” which explore themes of hope, doubt, and divine love. Whether he’s leaning into acoustic folk-pop or experimenting with amapiano-infused beats, Anendlessocean makes it clear that he doesn’t believe in putting God—or music—into a box. As he puts it, “God loves variety.”

Beyond his solo work, he’s collaborated with Nigerian icons like Waje and TY Bello. Notably, he co-wrote Waje’s “Last Time,” which earned Best Vocal Performance (Female) at the 2022 Headies.
