Almighty

Almighty, born Alejandro Mosqueda Paz on January 20, 1995, in Havana, Cuba, is a talented rapper and singer who has made a significant impact on Latin urban music. At the age of six, he moved to Carolina, Puerto Rico, where his passion for music began to take shape. His unique sound and dynamic style have made him a prominent figure in the Latin music scene.

In 2015, Almighty signed with Farruko’s Carbon Fiber Music label, which marked the start of his successful career. His breakthrough came with his Spanish-language adaptation of Desiigner’s hit “Panda,” a collaboration with Farruko that quickly gained traction on the Billboard Hot Latin Songs chart. Over the years, he has worked with top artists like Bad Bunny, Jon Z, Wisin, and Daddy Yankee, further solidifying his presence in the Latin urban music world.

In 2019, Almighty released his debut album, La Bestia, featuring collaborations with Alex Rose, Rafa Pabon, and Miky Woodz. The album earned positive reviews and charted on Billboard’s Latin Rhythm and Top Latin Albums lists. A shift toward Christian music followed, with collaborations with Funky, Alex Zurdo, and Redimi2. His song Filipenses 1:6 won the “Best Urban/Christian Song” award at the 2020 Tu Música Urbano Awards.

Aside from his music, Almighty has been open about his personal struggles with addiction. His willingness to share his journey has resonated with many fans, offering them hope and inspiration through his resilience and growth.
