Alissic

Alissic, born Alissa Salls on November 3, 1997, in São Bento, Brazil, is a talented and multifaceted artist known for her fusion of avant-pop music, modeling, and visual artistry. Growing up in the Brazilian countryside, she developed a deep connection with nature and an early love for music, playing instruments like the xylophone and flute.

Her career took off at 15 when she was scouted to model, eventually working with Ford Models Brazil. After eight years in the modeling industry, Alissic shifted gears and pursued her passion for music, marking a bold transition. Her debut single “Like,” released in 2020, blended pop and electronic sounds, signaling the start of her new artistic path. The track was co-written with her husband, Oli Sykes, lead singer of the band Bring Me The Horizon.

Alissic’s music delves into themes like mental health, feminism, and personal reflection. Known for her unique creative process, she visualizes her music through detailed storyboards and sketches, enhancing the storytelling aspect of her work.

In 2021, she signed with Ministry of Sound and released her single “Piano,” followed by “Superstitious” in 2022. Her 2023 track, “Everybody’s Dead Inside,” co-written with Oli and Jordan Fish, solidified her standing in the music scene. In 2025, Alissic released “Concrete,” marking a shift to independent music production. She also launched “Erfling,” a project supporting indigenous communities in the Amazon rainforest.
