[Alexandros] is a well-known Japanese rock band, celebrated for their energetic sound and captivating live shows. The group was formed in 2001 and consists of Yoohei Kawakami (vocals and guitar), Hiroyuki Isobe (bass), Masaki Shirai (guitar), and Ib Riad (drums).

Initially known as [Champagne], the band changed their name to [Alexandros] in 2014 after a request from Bureau du Champagne in Japan. Over the years, the band has released several successful albums, such as EXIST! (2016) and Sleepless in Brooklyn (2018), which have earned them widespread acclaim. On April 23, 2025, [Alexandros] will release their ninth album, PROVOKE. This highly anticipated album will feature tracks like “Koe,” the opening theme for the anime Umamusume: Cinderella Gray, and “JULIUS,” which is the theme song for the WOWOW drama Golden Kamuy. After the album’s release, the band will kick off the PROVOKE JAPAN TOUR 2025, which will cover 18 cities across Japan starting on May 2.
