13 Organisé

13 Organisé is a French rap collective that emerged in 2020, founded by the influential artist Jul. The collective brought together around 50 talented rappers, primarily from Marseille, to collaborate on a unified project that honors the city’s vibrant hip-hop culture. The name “13 Organisé” references Marseille’s area code, 13000, symbolizing the collective’s deep roots and unity in their hometown.

The group’s debut single, “Bande organisée,” released in August 2020, quickly became a chart-topping sensation. It dominated the French Singles Chart for twelve consecutive weeks and achieved Diamond certification in just five weeks, making it a massive success. This paved the way for the full album 13 Organisé, which dropped on October 9, 2020. Featuring collaborations with some of Marseille’s top talents such as SCH, Kofs, Naps, Soso Maness, and Elams, the album delivered 13 tracks, showcasing a diverse range of sounds and styles that represent the essence of the city’s rap scene.

In 2024, the collective returned with 13 Organisé 2, continuing to build on their legacy with fresh tracks and collaborations. One of the standout releases from this follow-up album is “Bande organisée 2,” which brought back many of the original artists, further solidifying the group’s powerful presence in French rap. The 13 Organisé collective continues to be a symbol of collaboration, energy, and the thriving hip-hop culture in Marseille.
