About TILT (Romanized)

TILT(Romanized), is the Romanized version of album TLIT which is the second mini-album by Red Velvet’s Irene & Seulgi, was released on May 26, 2025, at 6 PM KST through SM Entertainment. Nearly five years after their successful debut EP Monster, the duo makes a striking return with a six-track collection that showcases their artistic growth and refined musical identity. The album includes the title track “TILT” and is available on all major streaming platforms, along with several physical editions. Among them is a photobook version featuring an 88-page booklet and collectible photo cards, offering fans an immersive and visually rich experience (YesAsia, COKODIVE).

Exploring the concept of emotional instability and the power of embracing uncertainty, TILT represents a thematic and sonic shift for the duo. Through introspective lyrics and experimental sounds, Irene and Seulgi confront personal transformation, vulnerability, and the idea of finding balance in chaos. A cinematic brand film accompanied the album’s release, visually expressing these layered emotions and abstract ideas (NME, INDUSTRY* PREVIEWS). Their return also signals the launch of their first solo concert tour, “2025 Irene & Seulgi Concert Tour [BALANCE] in Asia,” beginning with sold-out performances in Seoul on June 14 and 15 (Korea Joongang Daily, Kpopmap). With TILT, Irene & Seulgi not only push their creative boundaries but also solidify their position as a distinctive force within the Red Velvet lineup—melding elegance with edge and introspection with innovation.
