Hearts2Hearts (H2H) is an eight-member South Korean girl group under SM Entertainment, consisting of Carmen, Jiwoo (leader), Yuha, Stella, Juun, A-na, Ian, and Ye-on. The group made their highly anticipated debut on February 24, 2025, with their single album The Chase, featuring the title track of the same name. Their fresh sound and dynamic performances quickly gained attention, marking them as one of the most exciting new acts in K-pop.

The name “Hearts2Hearts” represents their goal of forming a deep emotional connection with fans worldwide, delivering music filled with diverse emotions and meaningful messages. Originally announced in February 2023 as part of SM Entertainment’s SM 3.0 strategy, their debut faced several delays before finally coming to fruition in early 2025. Their official introduction to the public came in January 2025, culminating in a debut showcase at Seoul’s Yes24 Live Hall.

Since stepping into the spotlight, H2H has expanded their presence beyond music, collaborating with brands like Catch! Teenieping and Mega MGC Coffee. They’ve also made waves in fashion, serving as models for Musinsa’s women’s spring campaign. Their debut single, The Chase, performed well on the charts, reaching number nine on South Korea’s Circle Digital Chart and making an entry into the US World Digital Song Sales chart at position 96. As SM Entertainment’s first girl group since Aespa, Hearts2Hearts is poised to leave a lasting impact on the K-pop industry.
