“Amortage” is the highly anticipated debut solo EP by South Korean artist Jisoo, released on February 14, 2025, under her independent label Blissoo in collaboration with Warner Records. This marks her first solo venture following her departure from YG Entertainment and Interscope Records in 2023. The title combines “amor” (Latin for love) and “montage,” symbolizing the EP’s journey through different facets of love.

Blending both Korean and English lyrics, the EP showcases Jisoo’s artistic evolution, with a vibrant and energetic pop sound. The lead single, “Earthquake,” quickly gained traction, debuting at the top of the US Billboard World Digital Songs chart. To celebrate the release, Jisoo is set to embark on the “Lights, Love, Action!” fan meeting tour across Asia, bringing her music closer to fans.

Critics have praised “Amortage” for its fresh concept, polished production, and Jisoo’s expressive delivery. The EP made a strong impact, debuting at number one on South Korea’s Circle Digital Chart, solidifying her presence as a solo artist.

Recorded between 2024 and 2025 in Seoul and Los Angeles, the project is a collaboration between Jisoo, songwriters Jordan Roman and Jack Brady, and production teams Blissoo and The Wavys.
