LEYENDA (English Translation) is the English Translation version of album LEYENDA which marks a bold and deeply personal chapter in the artistic journey of Mexican-American singer-songwriter DannyLux, released on May 15, 2025, via VPS Music LLC in partnership with Warner Music Latina Inc. Comprising 19 tracks, the album highlights DannyLux’s growth as a genre-defying artist, seamlessly weaving together his sad sierreño roots with touches of psychedelic rock, indie, and experimental sounds. Featuring standout singles like “SIRENA,” “MELANCOLÍA:(,” and “Cielo Eterno” (featuring Jasiel Nuñez), the album runs just over an hour. A major turning point in the album’s creation came when the original recordings were lost due to a stolen hard drive—an unexpected setback that pushed DannyLux to rewrite and re-record the entire project from scratch. The result is a raw, heartfelt body of work that captures both vulnerability and reinvention.
